I applied online. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Peking, Peking) in Aug 2013
Interview
1. Interviewers are nice.
2. All questions are based on your CV (projects and backgrounds)
Since this is an internship, so only 1-round interview is needed.
3. The questions may be related to CPU architecture or MCU programming experience.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Can you briefly introduce the CPU architecture which you're involved in the design? How does an instruction work?
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Dallas, TX) in Feb 2017
Interview
Conducted an on-campus interview at University of Central Florida. A webcam interview was then conducted a few days later, followed by a trip to their Dallas headquarters for a final interview the following week. The first interview was mainly behavioral questions, the 2nd web-cam interview was mainly behavioral with a couple technical questions (draw an inverting amplifier with a gain of -2, draw a non-inverting op-amp amplifier with a gain of +2)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
A circuit was drawn on the whiteboard consisting of two op-amps with reference voltages and and input voltage going into both op-amps. The outputs of the mosfet each had diodes, which were both attached to the gate of an n-channel mosfet, which had the source attached to ground, and the drain attached to a resistor which was connected to a reference voltage. I was then asked if I knew what the circuit did.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Texas Instruments (Shanghai, Shanghai) in Sep 2016
Interview
Applied online. After two weeks was informed to attend written test.
First round: written test (1.5 hours) Most questions are about analog electronic.
Second round: In the day after written test. It's first on-site interview. There were two employees asking me questions. Most about my resume and also some basic knowledge of analog electronic. A little tough. failed in this round.
There would be two more round after first interview.

Question 1
Draw a differential circuit of operational amplifier.
