2 steps interview. First round was technical with Questions on Basic analog circuits, e.g opamps, ldos, switching converters. Detailed questions on Buck converter operation, small signal circuits and load transients.

I applied through LinkedIn and received a call from HR to schedule the interview. It was for a role in PMIC team for 2-year experienced candidate. In the first round, they asked about operational amplifiers, RLC circuits, and diodes basics. Most of them were easy, but the way they asked the questions was not proper. Felt like they just know read a few questions and formulas and they are very bad at basics.
