Interview
After clearing the recruiter call and coding challenge, I got phone screen interview for 45 mins.
Didn't explain the question or even give time for thinking and drawing out few examples.
Wasn't interacting in the entire call, no communication so that both can work towards the problem.

I solved the question. Question was Diameter of a tree. Asked for the improvements expected in solution, according to them Solution was perfect.
Got a reject moments later.
Went through a phone screening and a coding challenge. After 3 weeks of not hearing back, I called and the recruiter pretended not to know me. I know I did well on the coding challenge so I just thought it weird. I was always kind, polite and informative.
