Tesla Production Associate interview questions

They sit you down with other applicants on a big room, almost 100 people are there on that room. and their hiring team are gonna start grouping you into 8 people on a table. they have one recruiter that's gonna sit on that table with you. the recruiter is gonna start asking the same question to each of you.

I was interviewed for the job by an experienced employee. I was asked about my background, and I was honest that I had no experience working before. But I had a willingness to learn new skills and adapt.
