Applied on Tesla website via employee referral. Received email by talent requisition executive to schedule interview directly with hiring manager and shared job description. 30 min interview scheduled over microsoft teams.

Get hr email for basic questions 5 days after submit resume, interviewed within a week. Take two online interview in same day. Basically go through the resume, then some behavior questions, finally some technical problems.
