Tesla Manager interview questions

Market Manager - Tesla recruiter reached out to me for an interview. Interview went well and I was immediately offered a second interview with 24 hours turn around. The interviewer (Region Manager) in second interview seemed uninterested and disengaged. Ended with interviewer feedback - "We are a top tier company that attracts top tier candidates, and you do not match up to them". I asked myself why they would reach out to me and ask me to interview.

The introduction call with Human Resources was very informative with immediate direct feedback and much appreciated. Time was taken to provide a thorough and informative description of the organization and position. The Human Resources recruiting staff was very professional yet approachable and transparent.
