I just had 2 interviews and the process was very fast, first one with my manager and the 2nd and last one with the head of the department, both 30 mins and very direct questions, I think it was the fastest hiring process I've ever experienced.

The process was quick phone screening and an interview with the manager. Manager interview was on teams, All behavioral questions, 4-5 questions. it mostly felt like a one-way conversation, the interviewer seemed busy.
