I interviewed with Tesla and had a smooth and well-organized experience from the HR side.
The technical round focused on design and scenario-based questions. While the questions were relevant, I found it challenging to fully understand some of the scenarios as they were being explained. I did ask for clarification, but there still seemed to be a communication gap during the discussion. Because of this, I felt my responses may not have reflected my actual technical ability and the situation didn’t fully allow me to perform at my best.
Overall, still a valuable experience and I appreciate the opportunity.

Six months back, I interviewed there. The three-round process felt seamless and exceptionally professional. Each stage was well-organized, making the entire experience smooth, efficient, and surprisingly stress-free from start to finish.
