Interview
The interview process was lengthy, and tough questions were asked. This includes a 45 minute presentation followed by individual interview. An exam was taken prior to the interview. The written exam was mostly pertaining to the electrochemistry and cell degradation of lithium ion batteries.

The interviewer was incredibly lovely and accommodating, always ready to assist and provide helpful guidance, yet maintained a firm and professional demeanor throughout the process to ensure clarity and professionalism.

Interview
Had three rounds of interviews which consisted of meeting with a panel of other engineers on the same team. Most asked surface level questions about my work history and experience/education in this particular field. The last couple of engineers asked very pointed questions and were definitely gauging my ability to interpret chemical data and to solve problems from first principles.
