This had to be one of the most unusual interviews I've ever done. The whole process consisted of 3 different department managers sitting down for approximately 15 minutes apiece. They asked about previous employment and why I wanted to work for tesla motors. It appeared to me that the interview was more about drinking the Kool aid than finding out what a candidate has to offer. All people were friendly and professional. If I had to compare this interview to anything, I would say it was like listening to a game show or snake oil sales men speech. When asking any technical questions of the engineer she politely avoid them and said it was proprietary. After getting the same response twice I stoped asking questions.
