I applied online
First round was a 20 min phone call with HR.
Next round 30 min phone interview with Engineering Manager
Interview process was slow, and HRs don't respond quickly. there was about 2 weeks gap between first round and next round. After second round I didn't hear from them for weeks, finally I mailed them regarding the progress, HR immediately sent me a reject mail.
I talked with HR in the first step.
It was smooth.
Asked about my experiences and visa requirements.

Interview
I interviewed at Tesla for manufacturing enginneer, battery manuf.
This is hiring manager interview, it started with basic backgorund questions and then went deeper on battery manufacturing. Overall it was a good interview
I had a phone screening with the recruiter. She was very friendly but hasn’t had much of information about the position. Anyway, she has forwarded my CV to the hiring manager and had to answer a questionnaire. Than I’ve received an automated rejection email.
