Question 1
how will you manage your priorities while you are working on multiple projects?
A friend of a friend gave my resume to an engineering team, then I was contacted by a recruiter about 2 weeks later to set up a phone interview with an engineer from the team.
I think this website was actually a lot of help - made sure to review my resume thoroughly, practiced short answers to the most common questions on here, and I tried to focus on my skills rather than why I want to work for Tesla, because I read that's the focus of these "team" interviews.
The call lasted about 30 minutes, and went as expected. Introduction, questions about my resume, one technical problem, then a chance to ask questions.
For the technical problem - I think they are looking more for broad, common engineering knowledge and thinking process. There were no trick questions, and the interviewer offered help. Received an offer a few days after the call.

The interview was a standard interview process, asked about past experiences, skills and some behavior questions. There were indeed some technical questions regarding the position I applied to, but it was not very difficult
