Tesla Customer Service Advisor interview questions

The talent director who I first talked to was absolutely great. But the actual in person interview was horrendous. They bring you into this hospital-like room, bright white walls, florescent lights, and they seat you facing away from the door. Talk about EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I felt like I was under interrogation rather than interviewing. I understand it’s a car dealership and you’ll come across more unprofessional people than professionals, but that room and set up was just awful.

Ho fatto in totale 5 colloquio e se fossi passato ne sarebbe mancato un altro , si vede la serietà dell'azienda e la professionalità del recruiter. Da quello che si capisce i ritmi sono molto pressanti e anche nel colloquio lo si nota. Esperienza non negativa ma 6 colloqui a mio avviso esagerati
