applied for the Senior QA Engineer (all genders) position at TeamViewer some months ago. Unfortunately, I was not contacted for an interview, and after a long period, I received a generic rejection email stating: "After careful consideration of your application, we regret to inform you that we will not be moving forward with your candidacy to the next stage of the recruitment process. We received a large number of highly qualified applications and faced tough decisions in selecting candidates for the next steps." While I understand the competitive nature of the selection process, I would genuinely appreciate more specific feedback regarding why my profile was not considered. A more detailed response would be extremely helpful for my professional development and allow me to better align my qualifications with future opportunities.

The interview consisted of the following 3 steps: phone screening with the recruiter, conversation with team lead and director of engineering, and a technical interview with a develop, team lead, and director of engineering.
