In the job description it was described as customer service, however the interview made it seem more sales-oriented. I applied online and was contacted via email about scheduling a phone interview within 3 days. After the first phone interview with the recruiter, I was contacted to have a 2nd phone interview with the hiring manager. The 1st phone interview took about 15 minutes, and the 2nd took about 45 and was much more in-depth, relating to me personally. I was contacted within 48 hours after the 2nd interview to schedule an in-person interview. This interview I was told was going to last up to 4 hours and had different parts to it, including team activities and a presentation I needed to prepare (it could include or not include slides and graphics). The position itself was only entry-level, not even 30k a year salary and seemed disproportionately in-depth. I declined to continue the process.
