I applied in-person. I interviewed at Target (King of Prussia, PA)
Interview
My interview was during a mass hire, so it was straightforward. The interview was broken down into two types of questions basic personality questions and scenarios. scenarios focused on conflicts or emergencies. They mainly want to know how you would behave during certain situations and when you should have a manager involved.

Super easy it was all online and you record yourself answering a few questions and have multiple takes to get the videos right. Got a response a few days later with a job offer.

Question 1
They asked why Target and why you would be a good candidate
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target (Denver, CO) in Mar 2020
Interview
The interview was good but it was virtual. I did have ample time to prepare however and I was able to expect what they were going to ask. There were resources on YouTube and stuff to be able to train for this interview. They also granted the ability to retry up to 3 times per interview question which I thought was nice, but also added to the awkwardness of it as well. It was definitely impersonal but I thought it was pretty easy.
