Target Team Member interview questions

Very straight forward but overall pretty easy. It’s better than going to do one face to face I feel like. But to each there own cause sometimes depending on the job you have to do an face to face interview.

The interview process was quick and smooth. They asked questions and you had the opportunity to send in a recorded answer with 3 attempts. It was less nerve-wracking compared to an in-person interview but felt slightly awkward filming yourself talk because it felt more rehearsed rather than a conversation.
