I interviewed at Target (San Nicolás de los Garza)
Interview
At Target, you can expect the interview to be easy-going, focused mostly on behavioral and scenario-based questions. In my case, it was a group interview with five other candidates participating.

Initiative – Give me an example of when you noticed something that needed to be done and took action without being asked.
It was great. Very thorough. No too easy that you think that their just wasting their time but also not unnecessarily difficult to make you feel discouraged about wanting the position
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Target in Aug 2025
