Target interview questions

It was a very straightforward online interview. I was given a written question and then had to record an answer. I was given a few attempts before having to submit.

Completed on-line application and received a call several days later. Set up a phone interview and was offered the position. Short and simple process.Hired as a seasonal/holiday employee. Offered a regular position after the holiday season ended.
