Target interview questions

Although I was not hired, the guy who interviewed me was an enthusiastic and friendly person overall, and seemed confident I'd be hired. Unfortunately, this was not the case. I am still not sure why.

First call with recruiter, then online interview, then final interview with a senior level employee. The initial call with a recruiter is basically just to make sure you are competent and know a little about the job. The final interview was also online.
