I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Target (Houston, TX)
Interview
It was essentially divided into two sections: a quiz and a video. There was a quiz asking me about how I'd react in situations, and the video was me answering prompts such as "Name a time you and a coworker had gotten into a disagreement, and what did you do to fix it?" The company really emphasizes & prioritizes teamwork.

Interview
Very quick and efficient, comfortable setting. Initially submitted a virtual interview for HR to further evaluate before an interview-person interview. Easy questions gauging how you’d interact with customers and team members, as well as gauging interest in your role. Overall, a good experience.

Interview
Video interview takes around 20 minutes. You are asked some pretty generic questions which include: What would you do if you saw a guest that looks like they need help? Why are you interested in this role and describe your relevant knowledge and experience? How do you work with people who have different perspectives than your own? Describe a situation, your actions, and the outcome. If you have interviewed for one one store, chances are you'll get the same questions again. You also get some prep-tine prior to each question to rehearse your answer.
