Target Starbucks-Barista interview questions

I applied on the Target Careers website m. I then received an email and was asked to do a video interview where I recorded my responses. After that I received a phone call from the manager and did one final interview and was offered the job on that phone call.

Relatively short interview process consisted of an online questionnaire with video responses. The responses were able to be rerecorded if you were unhappy with the first. Then there was a short in-person interview (maybe 15-20 minutes). Then within a day or two came the job offer. Easy process and the interview was short and to-the-point.
