Target interview questions

I applied for a seasonal position and the process itself was easy. You apply to certain stores and get an invite to record a video for those who are interested in your application. Communication afterwards, however, is difficult. If you wish to follow up after a week, nobody is around to answer your call or communicate. You have to be patient and lucky to get a call back. While the process itself was easy, the lack of transparency or communication afterwards is frustrating.

It's a virtual interview done online, questions are asked, scenarios giving, and your answers are recorded and submitted on your end and can be done on your phone. You have the opportunity to retake several times before submitted final answers/recordings, which is nice since it might take some practice runs before feeling comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
