Target interview questions

Smooth and easy not too long. It was on time and questions that are simple up to par for a retail store. It was like having a regular conversation and not too hard.

The interview process was an easy one to fly through. It was an online interview, where I had to answer written question in a video and submit them to be looked over. You are given several minutes to practice answers to about five questions. There was a practice run with questions that weren't in the interview and then given a minute or two to come up with answers to the real questions. Each question offered three tries to perfect the answer.
