Target interview questions

Easy process. You have a one-on-one. No multiple rounds. It is pretty straight forward and to the point. I was told I was hired on the spot but I am unsure if that is applicable across the board. The interview process was casual and conversational.

Interactive, rigorous . The interview process involved multiple stages. In each stage one or more product skill is tested. Like product design, product strategy, metrics , problem solving and there is likelihood of guestimate being asked as well
