I applied online and they reached out to me by email and sent me a link to complete an online interview- they had preset questions and you record your answers

Question 1
They asked maybe 5 or so questions, mainly experience based. explaining how you’d work through problems or have worked on them in the past.
Virtual interview with 5 questions, you record and submit. You can pause and redo an individual response up to 3 times. The in-person interview they called me in for repeated the exact same questions.
They use STARR method for questions. Be prepared to have a lot of examples of past work experience or real life experience. It’s a customer facing role so be prepared to answer questions in ways that reflect you being of service to customers.

The interview process was quick and easy. It was a virtual interview with basic interview questions and several attempts on each one. After that a phone call to review the job standards, confirm department and availability.
