I Applied for the on-demand position as it’s convenient for my school/ homework load . Unfortunately even though it was listed publicly, it is only for current employees. Hopefully they adjust this to where it’s clear who can apply
Completed on-line application and received a call several days later. Set up a phone interview and was offered the position. Short and simple process.Hired as a seasonal/holiday employee. Offered a regular position after the holiday season ended.

Once selected for an interview they send a link for you to record yourself answering the questions which can be accessed through your phone or laptop device(s). There are around 7-10 questions that must be answered thoroughly.

The recorded interview is awkward. The practice questions didn’t work for me. It was hard to talk into a camera answering questions to no one. You did get 3 try’s to get it right before having to submit it. Then they let you know within 3 days if you are being called back for an in person interview
