I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Target
Interview
Met with a STL at a local store, then two phone interviews with 2 STL's, then a phone interview with DTL and then an HR. All of my interviews were on the phone. Everyone was extremely nice and friendly, they want you to succeed! Come up with 7-10 LEADERSHIP stories whether it's about a sport you played in high school or college, or a group project you had to take charge on! Remember becoming an ETL is about leading a group of individuals so that's what they want to hear about! They are looking for positive, upbeat and motivating individuals!
