Ask you some basic questions and behavioral questions. Why do you want to work for Target? A big mistake you made and how did you handle it? What is the result? what is the biggest accomplishment you finished? What is the result? Any suggestions and unexpected accomplishments from your supervisor or advisor?
It was interesting. Not hard at all, straightforward, and pretty open people. It was an okay interview and what you’d typically expect. So don’t stress stress it, I mean kinda try your best
Standard process, STAR method is good to use in interviews like this. Wear nice clothing not too dressed up not too formal and be friendly. Positive environment not super high pressure
