Target Human Resources interview questions

Interviewd with people at mulitple levels over a period of 2 days, online assessments and indepth interview questions.

Apllied online for a position of HR, got a call about a week later to set up time and location of interview. What a joke!! Dressed professional which was not want I saw at the interview location. Looked more like a school day a Jr. high! Had a 1pm interview time, sat for over 45 minutes. First off, if you where under the age of 30, forget it! Mass interviewing for new store. You had to be young to be noticed or helped!! Groups of young employees standing around talking and not doing anyting. Text book interview, questions right out of the book.
