Target Human Resource Expert interview questions

Standard questions, it was a three part process. I interviewed with three different managers at the Target I applied for. I got the offer that same day. The whole process took about two hours.

I applied online, and received an email where I then selected a time to interview online. The interview was somewhat weird, but that was due to Covid-19. After the interview, you found out if you received the job or not via email. I thought the whole thing was a little strange, because a lot of employers will talk to you over the phone rather than just use an online service.
