Target HR Expert interview questions

Before submitting your application you must complete an assessment, this is not something thats avoidable. After doing so you may be chosen for a video interview where someone reads you the questions and you have 3 attempts to answer the question. Target asked 6 questions and it wasn't terribly difficult, just remember the STAR method when responding.

After you have filled an application online, you will receive an invitation to record a interview video where you will respond 4 situational questions and 1 additional question about accommodations needed.
