Target Fullfillment Associate interview questions

The interview was short and sweet. Questions were mostly scenario and experience-based depending on how you answered the question. The process seemed very standardized. The focus seems to be on providing positive customer service and dealing with unsatisfied customers/coworkers/managers.

I was greeted professionally. The interviewer kept the vibe relaxing and friendly. I was asked questions highly focused on solving problems with guests and associates in a quick and calming manner. We kept small talk with our outside lives and how it may effect work either good or bad.
