Target Fulfillment Associate interview questions

The interview was very easy going and laid back. The virtual setup allowed for multiple takes incase to mispoke. Target is a great company with great human resources. They take you through situations of what describes your personality the best and then provided a situation asking what type of action you would most likely take.

Applied and received a link to schedule interview in person. A lot of situational questions for seasonal position, lasted about 30 to 45 minutes with the director of Human Resources .
