Target ETL interview questions

One of the hardest interviews I've ever been on. The first wasnt bad, it was at my college. But the 2nd was 2 hours long and contained 10 behavioral questions. The SL was nice but the DL was a bit rude. Oh well! Questions like, " Tell me about a time when you had to make a decision with very little information. " "Tell me about a time when you had to persuade people in you group to see things your way"

Hiring process was very behavior question oriented. Pretty straightforward basic questions. Usually have 3 packets the interviewers go through and then they rank them as you give your answers. They want you to walk them through your answer starting from the very beginning, the problem, reaction, how you resolved it/what you learned.
