Target ETL interview questions

was interviewed via phone, panel, and one on one. took two weeks.

There were several interviews for the ETL position and I made it to the final round. At the final interview they asked 5 behavior type questions that were all about negative circumstances. For example, what was a problem in a job? How do you handle conflict with co-workers and give an example? Tell me a time something didn't go as planned. It was hard to come up with so many negative answers and situations to show examples of how I made the best of the situations! I bombed the interview needless to say.
