I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Target (Seattle, WA) in May 2013
Interview
Several phone interviews with upper management. Consisted of a lot of situational questions to gauge how you would respond to certain things in the role. The beginning was mostly getting to know you and your experience, the second part was basically the interviewer reading off their choice of some situational questions from a list.
