Target Cashier interview questions

Had a phone interview which asked the typical "Tell me about yourself?" question and my interviewer gave me a scenario I had to respond to. Three or so weeks later I got a call back for an in-store interview and they asked the same questions, but two different people interviewed me. I was offered the job on the spot.

I applied online and I was called within 4 days. I went to an interview where they first had me answer 20 situational questions. Next I waited until they were ready to interview me. I was interviewed by one man and he asked me about 5 simple questions. I am 16 years old. I was not offered a job. The position was seasonal.
