Target Cahsier interview questions

You have to fill out a stupid questionnaire and if they like what they see they'll call you in for an interview. After that if they like you they will give you a call to interview. First you get interviewed by a Team Leader (Department Manager) if he/she likes you then you get another interview but this time with an Executive Team Leader (one of the Store Managers) and if they like they will hire you. After that its a background check and a drug test.

I applied online and a week later I got a call asking if I could come in for an interview. I had two interviews from two different managers and was told to sit in the waiting area after. A couple of minutes later they tolde where to go for drug testing. After, I started orientation.
