Target Cahsier interview questions

I applied July 10th and two days later got a call that they were taking interviews the next day (July 13, 2012). The interview was really early at 8:30am, they advise you to arrive 15 minutes early. There was a whole bunch of people put together in a small room. They make you take an assesment test then you get interviewed. I had two interviews in one day. All the question where behavioural questions so be prepared to answer. I did not get the job but it's okay.

They were quick to call and set up the interview and to offer me a job after the interviews. I had 3 consecutive 1 on 1 interviews. They mainly asked questions about teamwork; how well I work in a team, instances when I had to work with a team to achieve a goal, and also instances when I made a mistake and had to correct it. The HR lady was super excited that it would be my first job.
