I applied online. I interviewed at Target in Jun 2013
Interview
I first applied online, and soon received an email to schedule an interview. Like most other posts here, this interview was done at a hotel with many other potential candidates. When I entered, I filled out a sheet with my availability and was told to wait for somebody to call your name in front of a television showing Target's history and whatnot. I was called for two interviews, both assessing your personality (similar questions, all the questions asked were already described here). My third "interview" was when this guy led me to the door and said, "We will let you know via email or phone whether or not you got the job." I knew I didn't get the job at this point. I received an email about two weeks later telling me I didn't get it. However, the people were friendly enough and tried to set you at ease during the interview.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Target in Aug 2009
Interview
Was called back quickly, did all three interviews in the same day, hired on the spot. Questions relatively easy and life relatable.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
None of the questions are difficult just make sure to throw in life experiences, a lot of the questions talk about how you have been part of a team or how you have helped a team.
Applied online within a week got called in for an interview. Met with a GM who asked basic questions. Like Tell us a time when you were working with someone difficult and how you handled it. With there questions they are looking for a problem a solution and then the outcome. Be detailed. They score you on each answer. They are always looking for starbucks workers so if you say your willing to train in that area or have experience then you'll most likely get it.
