Target Cahsier interview questions

The interview process at Target was straightforward, friendly, and well-organized. I met with a hiring manager who made me feel comfortable right away and took the time to explain what the role would involve. They asked thoughtful questions about my previous work experience, how I handle customer interactions, and how I work in a team setting. The conversation felt more like a discussion than a test, which helped ease any nerves. Overall, it was a positive experience that gave me a good impression of the company and its values.

Easy interview. Asked great questions, was not stressed. The questions were both thought provoking, and predictable. I was interviewed in 2017, so I would assumed things have changed since then.
