Most of it went according to the plan. - When getting the job offer, the recruiter summarized the offer and told me te amount that they wanted to offer. However, she misunderstood what my previous salary was half the salary, so at the first approach she was offering much less than I was actually earning. - They came back a week later, with a better offer, matching my previous salary. I'm not sure if that was a strategy but for sure not a great interview experience.
