TP Operation Customer Expert I interview questions

The HR was interviewed me via virtual interview process and it took 1 hour to be finished the interview. She asked me a lot of questions about my previous jobs and asked me what were the reasons why I leave those jobs. Also, she asked me about my knowledge in customer service and hotel reservation where I'm gonna my account which is hotel planner. The interview was quite difficult since my first time. Thankfully, I got passed the interview and hired as an agent.

It was a smooth process and the interviewer is really kind and I did not feel any pressure which is good because this is my first time in doing an interview.
