I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TP in Mar 2025
Interview
First they let us enter the interview room to conduct an interview after the initial interview they told me to wait for assessment. After I finish with the assessment they send me an emali to have my final interview.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at TP in Jun 2026
Interview
Not really an interview, just a series of tasks and tests. It feels a chore going through the online application and then the series of tests, then an assessment going through bank statements but I respect at least that they test real potential and see if you will do work, rather than ask empty questions and reject for "not enough experience" like other sales & call centre interviews I have been too.
I can't rate the difficulty as it is very challenging but like doing a mensa test some of it.
BTW I am putting this as "accepted" as I wanted to see reviews first, although if the hours are OK most likely I will accept. All customer service jobs now seem horrible! But if the shift times are OK and not all over the week like the "rotating" shifts of other centres then I will do.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked how you prioritise a work load when you have lots of tasks and need to maintain accuracy.
They also make you go through bank statements of a claiment and you have to flag up suspicious transactions. Essentially look for all incomings and where from and if paying to fake companies.
I applied online. I interviewed at TP (Fairview) in Jan 2026
Interview
For the interview process: You have to take the assessment first and then, initial interview, then, final interview, and lastly, job offer. It is an easy interview process if I would describe it.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TP (Surco, Lima Region) in Sep 2025
Interview
It was really comfortable, I like how they help us to stay focus and no nervous! I really loved that day an also the terms they gave me, it was impressive!
