I had an informal phone call with a few simple questions to assess if I was suitable and later a more formal interview on the phone with a recruiter. I had to complete some online test as well.

Why are you a good candidate? Give an example of a situation when you had to demonstrate empathy?
Good interview nice experience. Versant and accent with operations round. Manager is good and hr is also good. Provided good guidance. Fast process completed in less than half day. Having good experience
Interview was easy 2-3 easy question but they completely misrepresented the job. They do not tell you up front you have to take and pass a personal lines licensing test and if you fail you are terminated.

They asked how many years customer service experience I have. They claim the job is just customer service however you have to pass a personal lines licensing exam that is very difficult to pass and they are not transparent to tell you if you fail the test you are terminated.
The interview process was straightforward and professional. It started with an HR screening discussing my background, work experience, and availability. The interviewer also assessed my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service mindset through situational questions. The process was completed within a few stages and feedback was provided in a reasonable timeframe.
