The first interview was a group session where two HR representatives asked a couple of questions to every person. The first part was fairly easy, then they told me that they wanted to move forward with my application and scheduled a second interview for the following week. On the second interview, met with the Operations Manager of the campaign I was applying for and she started to explain the job and asked me just if I had previous experience with customer service. After that, she asked me if I had any questions. After I finished asking questions about the position and the pay, she told me she would send my application with her notes to the pertinent department and told me that I would be receiving feedback through email. A couple of days passed by and I called TP to ask when should I be receiving the feedback. They told me that the following day I would be receiving it. Two days passed by and I call again to ask I there was any feedback and Again was told that I would be receiving it next Monday afternoon. I am still waiting for my feedback. Hopefully, I get the position

Wasn’t much of an interview. It was a group thing offered 9-3. Was told to put aside 2-3 hours for it. We just did an internet speed test live, going over the job and more. I had taken an assessment the day before interview. Went over the onboarding stuff and what the job in details
