The interview was pretty simple, nothing too complicated or thought provoking. If you have call center experience is a plus. If you don't then make store they know you are personable.

They will ask you are you good with talking to and meeting new people.
After assessment, you will be interviewed by recruiters. The interview process is easy. They will just ask about your experiences. It only lasted for more or less 20 minutes. Just be yourself and be confident.
