I applied through other source. I interviewed at TP (Boca Raton, FL) in May 2016
Interview
First "career fair" style interview at local unemployment office.
I asked if this was a sales position and they danced around the topic.
They mentioned the need to upsell but said nothing about the sales quota.
The 2nd interview was at their bleak looking call center in the T-Rex complex in Boca..
They kept me waiting FOUR HOURS!!! Unprofessional and disrespectful.
In my whole career, I have never been kept waiting so long.
The other candidates looked like rejects from the unemployment office.
Forced to listen to their repeating video for four hours about how wonderful they are.
I was very close to walking out several times.
Interview lasted about 5 minutes. Once again, the sales quota was not mentioned.
I had to pry it out of the interviewer.
Next, a typing test to make sure you could type 25wpm.
There was an oral drug test that required you to suck on a "cotton lollypop" while you finished your paperwork.
An offer to hire was extended.
I started reading the terms.
You need approval from your supervisor to use the restroom!?!?
Unlike the "propaganda video", they "owned you". Follow all the rules or else.
On the way out I was talking to the interviewer.
I could be wrong but it felt like he was being overly rough and almost shoved me
as I exited! I hadn't even rejected the job. (Yet.)
This is how you treat new employees???
Not a company I wanted anything to do with!
I applied through other source. I interviewed at TP (Accra)
Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round. The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
