I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TP (Manila, ) in May 2016
Interview
I applied via a job fair. The initial interview and the soft final interview was easy and the interviewers were really nice but thw behavioral interview which will be done in the latter has almost the ethics type of questions.
There will tests and an english proficienc exam. It's basic grammar and composition. So if you have a hard time speakong english or understanding the language give time to study about it before entering this type of job it would give you greater chances to be accepted.
After the behavioral there will be the FINAL interview which I did not go btw..
Why?
Because currently im still a student and accdg to the interviewer they do not hire students for fulltime, they only do that for part time employees which rate is lower than the typocal rates we see in ads.
So if you are a student who's looking for a chance to work to earn for your tuition t a high pay rate, sadly, this is not for you.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at TP (Accra)
Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round. The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
